guitar tremolo
there, Hiroshima Day ends
seventeen hours ahead
champagne bubbles--
do sunflowers ever suffer
from insomnia
Haiku
the sun scorches my neck and my writer's block
summer's end
I trade my wings
for fins
through a key hole
I watch the summer
of my childhood
folding her parasol
she apologizes
"this dog is not bilingual"
